Resources I love

Below are a collection of tools, sites, and apps that have actually helped me learn, stay organised, or just have fun experimenting with things. I hope you find these helpful!

Programming & Tech

  • FreeCodeCamp – project-led learning website
  • TryHackMe – interactive CTF-style labs and learning pathways to learn about cyber security and some fun ethical hacking

Maths

  • 3Blue1Brown – YT Channel run by Grant Sanderson that explains groovy topics using Manim animations!
  • Numberphile – another awesome YT channel featuring lots of mathematicians discussing fun and interesting topics (usually using the famous ‘numberphile brown paper)
  • Overleaf – online LaTeX editor!

AI & Productivity

  • ChatGPT – no, it doesn’t do the work for me, but it helps me plan my work
  • Notion – where I track all my life projects and experiments and set deadlines so that I don’t burn out mid-week..
  • Obsidian – very good visual mind-mapping/note-taking system
  • Atoms to Astronauts notebooks and planners – Use the code MATHSRANT10 to get a 10% off your purchase!

This list will probably grow as I keep finding new things. Check back later for updates!
